We are proud of our company culture we proactively cultivate at Forrest Solutions. Part of that culture is to celebrate our individuality and differences, as well as to come together to celebrate our successes. Last week, we were thrilled to do just that: come together to celebrate our successes as individuals, as a company, as well as to highlight the successes we have achieved for clients. This is our Annual Awards Ceremony, and we love having this as part of our company culture.
This year’s award ceremony had a Mardi Gras theme and was held at The Ballroom at Bryant Park. Guests were welcomed with Forrest Solutions-inspired Mardi Gras beads, and there was a buzz of excitement that permeated the event as colleagues socialized listening to a live three-piece Jazz trio.
The award ceremony itself was an incredible show that allowed us to honor our team members in a number of different categories including: Top Associate of the Year, Top Client Relations Manager of the Year, National Recruitment Manager, Security Officer of the Year, Operations Leader of the Year, and much more.
The awards were capped off with our most prestigious award, the Chairman Award, presented personally by Forrest Solutions’ Founder, Steve Forrest. This award honors the team member who best represents the company’s culture by embodying our Personal, Passionate, and Productive approach to business, and brings a focus on leadership, customer satisfaction, serving others, and innovation.
The night came to a close with everyone in attendance honoring Joe Yap on his retirement and thanked him for all his contributions over the years to Forrest Solutions in the role of Assistant Vice President of Operations.
The annual awards ceremony was an outstanding success. We are incredibly proud of all the nominee’s hard work, passion, and excellence—and grateful for working with a team of professionals with shared values.
