Forrest Solution’s first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace webinar. In this first in a series, we discussed the many differences that enrich the modern workplace as we know it. These include (but were not limited to) culture, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, socioeconomic status, national origin, language, sexual orientation and disability. In 2020, Forrest Solutions formed a Diversity and Inclusion committee to improve training and educational initiatives ensuring alignment with our business goals.
